I made a "thank you card" for a nurse, it was a request for a lovely lady in Germany, hope you like it:

well Iulia, This is just GORGEOUS!!! Love the bandaid and the colors and the detail are just magnificent. The floral arrangement on both the top and the bottom especially with that little bit of the doily sticking out is once again magnificent.
