Mo's Digital Pencil Too- Duck Day

It's Thursday, so it's Mo Day!  This week's challenge at Digital Pencil Too is

"Weather related"

so you are free to brig to life any season or climate just by making a card or project connected with  weather and with at least one Mo image on!

I wanted to color up this lovely image named "Duck Days" for a while now; of course I went for brights and
lots of embellies:)  and would have used my dimensional glaze too had I found it ...lol.

It's an envelope card; well, sort of, I think they look lovely and are easy to make.

Supplies:
Medium: promarkers/copics
Embellies: Wild Orchid Crafts flowers; lace, ribbon, button, beads,  feather from stash
Sentiment: internet, computer generated

Some challenges for my card:

Crafts and Me -ribbon, Divas by Design -anything goes, Simon Says Stamp - Anything goes, Bunny Zoe's Crafts -Anything Goes, My Craft Spot -Buttons and Bows, Kenny K Krafty Girlz -Ribbon

Can't wait to see what you come up with this week too! Mo has plenty of images to choose from and play with! You can chek them out either here, in the new store, or here in the old one!

Thanks for coming by my part of the world; hope your week is marvellous!

Sending hugs to ya all,

Just Magnolia - Gingham

Hi there dear all! It's challenge day at Just Magnolia and Hanglar and Stanglar and my turn to host the challenge. I thought of a pattern we often tend to use on our cards, so why not turn it into a challenge theme:):

We are sponsored this week by those lovely people at

  and

So we'll have two lucky winners!!!

This is pastel card I made for this challenge:

I think I am still behind with my Easter cards....lol, that's why I chose to make one. The truth is this cute bunny Tilda stamp just fell into my hands out of nowhere (i.e. from under the bed hidden by my son), so I just had to ink it up before I lose it again:)) It's too cute!!!

Materials I used:
Stamp: Magnolia  - Little Bunny Tilda
                              Spring background
Medium: copics, promarkers
Embellishments: Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, buttons, metal corners, pins, ribbon
Sentiment: computer generated

Thanks for coming by today! It's always great to hear from you!

Hugs,

Mo's DP2 Challenge- Different Cultures

Hi there sweet friends! I'm happy to share with you a new card I just loved making. Maybe because I rarely make a card these days I feel really great when I do :D. I wanted badly to color up this new Mo image and when I saw Elaine's theme for this week's challenge at Digital Pencil Too I've started racking my brains on how to use it and make it fit the challenge ...lol. I can be very stubborn when it comes to my cards:)))
So I just enjoyed coloring this sweet adorable couple here and playing a bit with skin tones. I never use the same colors for skin tones and always mix my copics with promarkers- it works for me maybe other crafters will tell you different. I just enjoy not following rules in colouring but I admire those who do.

Here's my card:

Supplies:
Image- Mo Manning-Cutting the Rug
Medium- copics/promarkers
DP: some mixture of quite a few marks
Embellishments: Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, ribbon and pearl string, The Ribbon Girl lace
Dies: Magnolia Doohikeys- Hearts swirl

the inside:

and a close-up of the image:

That's it from me today; hope you will join us at Mo's this week for our World Traveler challenge. Mo has lots of images depicting different cultures and customs. Feel free to visit her shop here.

I would like to send big hugs particularly to those people who come here on a permanent basis; your continual support is very much appreciated! Thank you my new followers and visitors, hope you will find something to inspire you in my work:)

Just Magnolia DT- Maggie Frame

Hi my lovelies! It's challenge time at Just Magnolia and I thought I would make a wall hanger for a friend. Sometimes I think too much work goes into coloring those stamps and it would be such a pity not to exhibit them:). So I framed them and even added a glass over, that's why the image is a bit blurred. But it looks lovely IRL.

This week's challenge over at Just Magnolia is: use more than one image. I love putting together more stamps to make a scene, hope you like the result:) The colors are a bit strange but I made it in order to fit my friend's room and it looks perfect on her wall.

Materials I used:
Magnolia Sweet Rainbow - Tilda Celebrates Midsummer
Magnolia Sweet Rainbow - Explore Tilda
Medium; copics, promarkers
Misc: metal corners from Wild Orchid Crafts, acrylic silver paint, glass, picture frame

Hope you will join us this week for our "More than one image" challenge at Just Magnolia! There are so many lovely Maggies to choose from!
That's it from me today, have a brilliant weekend!
Hugs

Humour at Digital Pencil Too

Hi everyone! Sorry for the short break I took from cardmaking and blogging! Thank you all for keep following my blog although I haven't returned your visits lately. I am taking some time off from my computer and concentrate on more outdoor activities with my kid so everything besides that will come secondly. Still, I don't give up crafting, it brings too much joy to my life and gave me the chance to meet so many wonderful people out there! I will stay around for a while:)

Now it's time for a fabulous challenge over at Mo's Digital Pencil, I'm sure you'll love this one:
And this is my simple- no die cuts, no flowers, no ribbon- card for today:

While making my card I was thinking why not make some of these more often? It's great to have fun and cheer up the recipient as well:)) Although I must admit it was not so easy to make. I had lots of ideas in mind but I'm unsure about the one I put into practice...lol. Still, I was thinking of my little one when I made this so it makes it all special to me:)

Materials I used:
Image- Mo Manning- Monday's Child
Papers: Cosmo Cricket and Echo Park- digital
Embellishments- lovely charm from my friend Dorcas (thank you sweetie, it's the thing that makes me keep the card:)), buttons and fabric from stash
Sentiment- computer generated- quote by Jerry Seinfeld

I can't wait to see what you come up with!  There are so many Mo images which make you smile just by looking at them! You can simply head on Mo's shop and look into the Humour section but there are so many others to choose from in the other sections too! Just make up your mind and let us all enjoy your creations!

Thank you for visiting me today! Love ya all!
Hugs,
