Hello my lovelies! We're having a special theme for you this week at Mo's Digital Pencil Too:

Straight from the heart!

It's up to you how to interpret this; you can either use a heart somewhere on your card, simply go for a more romantic theme, such as "love", of course:) or both!

My card today features the adorable little Valentine Nessa you can find here in Mo's old store:

Yes, I know, there're too many hearts on my card. No idea where my head was when putting this together:)) I was a little uninspired. I'm sure you will find better ideas than I did; I'm making lots of summer cards at the moment and I couldn't focus on a "heart" theme.

I didn't add a sentiment this time. I just let those hearts tell the story...lol.

Summer colors at Just Magnolia

Birthday Card for a 2 year old

Hi there sweet gals! We have a MASCULINE theme this week at Mo's Digital Pencil Too, just in time for my nephew's birthday , so a card made with a recipient in mind. I find these harder to make as I always give a lot of thought about how to personalize it. 

Our little Stefi  is a future soccer champ, everybody is amazed at how talented he is at just 2. So I chose to add a ball near this gorgeous Mo image and a big ball to stand against. 

In the inside I added some photos I made while he was wearing his father's football shoes to match the front image.

Hope you like it and I surely hope my nephew will too, if not now maybe within a few years:)

Magnolia Pearl Tilda Summer Card

Hi there sweet friends! Can't believe this is my third post in 3 days, wow, that's requires a vacation or something...lol.

I wanted to create an underwater scene with this adorable Pearl Tilda using my favorite colors and since I love the way it turned out I wanted to share it with you:) Also, can't believe I actually make a card which is not part of my DT requirements...hehe.

I tried to merge the two stamps but after several attemps I thought the best way to have it done properly would be to cut out my Tilda and set it against the colored Make it Crafty background. I also stamped my Tilda first for the curls and bubbles I couldn't cut out, hope you like the result:

I made some quilling for this one; I kind of missed making quilled flowers; one of my first and dear hobbies.

Shall I compare thee...

Hello lovely peeps!

It's time for an Edwin challenge at Just Magnolia! I'm guessing not many of us are thrilled about that; putting aside all those lovely girly papers and lace and ribbons doesn't sound that much fun...hehe. So we also have the option for you to make a Father's Day project which, of course, may carry a Tilda image on:). Now, that sounds more interesting, isn't it? 

I'm not a big Edwin fan, that's why my Magnolia collection only counts 3 Edwins, so  I chose this cute one with a lovely butterfly for my card today. I wanted it to be more romantic, it didn't turn out great but for an Edwin card it looks nice...lol.

I chose not to add many layers, these DCWV papers are too beautiful to be covered. I just love them!
