Spring is in the air at Just Magnolia!

Hi dear all!
It's springtime and challenge time at Just Magnolia and Hanglar and Stanglar and a chance for me to ink up two of my older Magnolia stamps; I wanted to play with my new Tildas but somehow I couldn't figure out how to make a springtime card with them.
So, this week's theme at Just Magnolia is as simple as:

So, you'll just have to pull off those wonderful maggies and think of bulbs, tulips, daffodils, bunnies, Easter and whatever makes you feel the spring!!!
I wanted to change a bit the shape of my card and went for this 5 per 7 inches rectangular shape; it just doesn't seem right but well, it's different:).

Supplies:
Stamps: Magnolia: Magnolia Butterfly Dreams - Tilda With Daffodil  and Flower Basket
Medium; promarkers/copics
DP: Cajoline Scrap- Easter Papers and some MME
Embellies: Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, pearls, metal corner and ribbon; lace and jewel from stash; stickles;
Dies: nesties- Persian accents
Sentiment: freebie from here; Thanks Hannelie!

Thank you all for your visits and kind words! They mean the world to me!
Bug hugs,

Mo's Digital Pencil Too- Picture Inspiration

Hi there my lovelies! I'm already getting into Easter mood so my cards to follow will all be Easter/spring related; hopefully I'll find some time to get them done by middle April. Hope you are all well and enjoy springtime! I know I am!

Here's my Easter card I wanted to show you today:

I went for more tender colors than my usual style partly because of the picture inspiration we are having this week for you at Mo's Digital Pencil Too challenge partly because of these beautiful digital papers I found while browsing the internet and also because it seems the colors I use more frequently suddenly ran out of ink:(

No more about that. The thing is we have this wonderful pic to inspire you at Mo's:

We hope you love it and decide to join .This wonderful pic chosen by my sweet colleague Dorcas for this week challenge belongs to Mr W. Scott Chester here's his blog.

Hope you like my interpretation of the picture and decide to give it a shot too.

For my card I merged this gorgeous little girl with a bunny whom you can find here in Mo's store with a wonderful background from Make it Crafty here. The eggs are plastic eggs from a local store; I cut them in half  for less dimension. These wonderful papers I downloaded for free from Cajoline Scrap; there are so many wonderful digital goodies on this site; I was thrilled to discover it! So, thank you very much Cajoline!:)

Supplies:
Medium: copics/promarkers
Embellishments: Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, ribbon, butterfly and pearls; eggs and raffia from local store; feather from stash;
Sentiment: computer generated- means "Happy Easter!" in Romanian

Challenges for this card:
4 Crafty Chicks - Easter, Cute Card Thursday Happy Easter, Delightful Challenges -Easter, Charisma Cardz Easter, Paper Play -Easter; Fab 'n' Funky -Easter, Freshly Brewed -Spring, Little Red Wagon - clouds, Paper Shelter Challenge -Easter, Whimsical Wednesdays -Spring, Crafty Sentiments - Easter, Crazy Amigo Challenge -  Eggs , Going Grey With Scrap-Creations -Easter, Top Tip Tuesday -Easter & Or Animals

Just Magnolia DT - Green

Hi dear all! I'm a bit late with my Just Magnolia DT card. I had a rough day and forgot to schedule my post:(
So, it's Mindy's turn to choose a theme for us to follow at Just Magnolia and Hanglar and Stanglar this week and she wants to see:

It's one of my favorite colors ever but always combined with a few more:). I never went totally green...lol; but well it's a first in everything and eventually it's not that bad, says I:)

This is one of my favorite Tildas ever and she seemed the perfect choice for this card. I stamped her straight on the patterned paper; this was a first for me but I like the result.

I added the small tags under an acetate sheet:

Supplies:
Medium; copics/promarkers
DP:  DP Rosey Posey Studios- Blessings Papers and digital from Webster's Pages
Embellishments:Wild Orchid Crafts flower, pearls string, Tim Holtz film strip, ribbon from The Ribbon Girl, raffia and small frame from stash
Sentiment: Raindrop Echo Designs

Here are some challenges for my easel card:

Thanks for being here; it means a lot to me! Hope you will find the time to join us for our GREEN challenge. It surely is a lot of fun to make a green card!
Have a great weekend!
Big hugs sending your way,

Mo Manning DT card- Buttons and Bows

Hi everyone!
It's been like forever since Iast posted- a whole week already; still, I've kept making cards in the meantime although I didn't find time to add them here. I took pics though so maybe soon enough:)
Today we have a new challenge theme for you over at Mo's Digital Pencil Too and that is:
Buttons and Bows

I don't know about you but all my cards have bows whereas I hardly ever use buttons. So I nearly missed this one button too..lol:

This was a birthday card I made for a friend's two year old kid whom has been potty trained for a while now with no concludent results...lol. I really know what that means because mine is 2 and 7 months now and we're  still dealing with that.
This simply adorabel image is called On the pot and comes in four variants: boys with straight and curly hair and girls as well. You can find them all here in Mo's store.

Supplies I used:
Image: Mo Manning- On the pot
Medium: copics/promarkers
DP: Echo Park- Little Boy- digital from Jessica Sprague; and some MME papers for the background
Embellishments: Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, metal corner, ribbon and pearls
Sentiment:computer generated- says "Happy Birthday, Rares!"

This is a card I made within an hour or something like that, so you will have to excuse my rough coloring and all. I usually spend more than 2 hours on one card.

Mi-as dori sa vad si concurenti romani printre noi:)

Some challenges for my card:
Paper Shelter Challenge - - for a male, Sisterhood of Crafters  - Birthdays, Anything Goes Challenge -  Boyz to Men Week2, Celebrate the Occasion - Any Occasion (must Use Metal), There's Magic in the AirKid`s Birthday , Totally Stampalicious -All About Flowers,

This is it from me today; thank you all for taking the time to pay me a visit; hope you will find a spare minute to play along this week; buttons and bows is really fun:) For inspiration and eye candies:) please head on over to Mo's challenge blog- my super talented teamies have lots of interesting creations to show to you this time again!
I see you tomorrow with a Magnolia card!
Until then, big hugs and take care,

Just Magnolia DT card- Anything Goes/Stitching

Hi everyone! How are you today? I was hoping we would jump straight into spring yesterday, I'm afraid winter reinstalled and that makes me really sad:(. Hate it! Still, the card I made for this week's challenge at Just Magnolia and Hanglar and Stanglar is bright and shiny and makes me feel the warmth of spring. Hope it'll do the same with you:)
This week the challenge is Anything Goes with the option of STITCHING at Just Magnolia and we are sponsored by Simon Says Stamp with a fab $25 voucher for the lucky winner to spend in their store. So you can choose to either use your stitching machine or imitate stitching or do anything you want:). I always stitch on my cards so I didn't feel challenged for this one...lol.

Supplies:
Medium: promarkers/copics
Embellishments: Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, rhinestones, butterfly and metal corner, ribbons from The Ribbon Girl; raffia from stash, quilled flowers
Sentiment:  Tiddly Inks- Grow A Little Love Sentiment- freebie
