Christmas cards... naturally...

    Hi, everyone!
As promised, I have more cards to show to you today.
The first one is one of my newest Tildas - Tilda wants a hug. I colored her with copics  (E50,51, R20-face, E33,37,51- hair, R27,29,59,17,08 dress, C01 socks) and added some sparkles.
The papers are Kaisercraft - Be Merry Collection - Happy and Papermania, embellies from stash and my handmade flowers which I seem to keep on using at least for this Christmas. The sentiment is in Romanian and stands for "Merry Christmas!". I also used nesties and Martha Stewart doily lace punch.

My second card is a Mo Manning digi called  "And I want a..."

I colored it with promarkers and I used Marianne design creatables to embellish it. The beautiful papers are digital  from Webster's Pages and Raspberry Road.
    And two more pictures:
The challenges for this card are:

My third card is a beautiful image from Papilio Stamps I wanted to share with you. It is called Ole with horse and sled and it really makes me think of the Christmas of my childhood. The paper is from My Mind's Eye; the flowers are handmade, the snowflake is Marianne Design. I colored the image with Promarkers and finished the inside as well.

Well, that would be all! Good luck with your Christmas cards and thank you so much for dropping by. I really appreciate your lovely comments, especially at this time of the year.

Chrissy card and new challenges

Hi everyone!

I hope you are all well! I'll just go straight to the point. I have all these Christmas cards ready to be given away and I thought I should perhaps go online with them, who knows, maybe, I could even inspire someone:)). For now, I'll just post one, I'll be back with more tomorrow.
Since there are lots of challenges going on, why not give a shot? And, which is more painful... hehe... I have bought lots of Christmas stamps and materials this year, some of them I only used once or not at all:(.
Enough babbling... I'm sure everyone is quite busy these days, so I would appreciate just a look at my cards:).

My first card is my newest Magnolia stamp- Snowy Hugs. I've seen it everywhere, so I guess it's a must:).
I've colored it with Promarkers . The papers are from Raspberry Road -Christmas Traditions Paper Pack , the poinsettia is made from a leaf punch and the rose is also handmade. And, as usual, I made the leaves with Marianne design creatables and McGill branch punch. The ribbon is Papermania and the lace is from stash.
I also took a picture o the inside, using some coordinating papers from the same pack. It's easy with this digi pack - all papers are white green and red as predominant colors, so they all match:))

Sorry about the quality of the photos. I guess you'll have to figure out how it looks like:)

The challenges I'm entering today are:
Just Magnolia- Anything goes with sparkle
      Stampavie and more -Christmas
Top Tip Tuesday - Use Ribbon
All That Scraps - Something Christmas
A Spoon Full of Sugar - Christmas Cards
7 Kids College Fund - Winter Wonderland

Thank you all for taking a look!
Have nice crafting week-end!

Glitz and glimmer

Hi again!

Back with another card. Two posts in one hour! That's something!
So, my second newest card:) is a Mo Manning Christmas cute catty I wanted to share with you. Since this week's Mo's challenge is glitz and glimmer I thought I could enter the drawing too, although I haven't had that particular idea in mind.
    So, this is the card:

The digi is called Santa Cat, you can find it here. Isn't it adorable? Here's a close-up:

I colored it with copics and Promarkers. The papers are digis from Webster's Pages, Waiting for Santa collection. I also used Marianne design creatables- poinsettia, Martha Stewart doily lace punch, handmade rose and ribbon from stash.
Well, that would be all for today. Thanks for visiting!

Christmas Eve Tilda

    Hi, everyone!

Eventually, I've succeeded to finish my card for the Magnolia-licious inspirational challenge. I thought I wouldn't make it with all the Christmas cards that had to be finished in time but I didn't want to miss the challenge either. The image provided for the challenge is absolutely very inspirational, I had tons of ideas in my head but I couldn't even make up my mind which Tilda to use. In the end, I went for the lovely Christmas Eve Tilda partly because I haven't used it in a while, partly because I needed a present there.

The papers are digital from Webster's Pages - Waiting for Santa Collection. The flowers and the presents are made by myself. I've already given the details of how I made the roses in a previous post; the presents are pieces of plastic cut from an eyelets storage box - which you can see in the picture, just to have an idea,
- then I used the napkin technique to add the ˝clothing˝ and added some gold peel-offs on them. The other embelishments are Marianne design  swirls  and McGill pine leaf punch which I rarely leave out of my cards. The lace is from my stash and the sentiment is computer generated (the Romanian equivalent for ˝Merry Christmas!˝).
    The challenges I'm entering are:
    Magnolia-licious - Inspiration Challenge
Stamp Something - Christmas Color Combo
Dutch Dare Card Challenges - Christmas Card/Tag/Ornament
Just Magnolia Challenge Blog - Anything goes with Sparkle
    Secret Crafter - Christmas
    Crafty Ann - Christmas

Thanks for visiting! Have a lovely week!

Mo's Digital Pencil - Swirls and Flourishes

Hello everyone!
Thanks for coming back and for your generous comments!
It will be a short post today since it's midnight already and a new tough day tomorrow. So, I've made a card using digital papers and image for Mo's 59th Challenge - Swirls and Flourishes.  I couldn't decide which of Mo's images I should use. I love them all. Eventually I chose Boughs for Wreath and the papers are Audrey Jeanne Roberts digital paper pack called Nature's Christmas. The papers are really beautiful, not the classic Christmas type, rather with a touch of Victorian style. Such a pity you can't see them on the card :))!

Embelishments are Marianne design creatables dies - poinsettias and swirls-, McGill pine branch punch and Robin Nest's gold dew drops. Ribbon and lace are from stash. The image is colored with copics (E51,43,33,37,G07,14, Yg03, R27,59,17,08,Bg10,02). I added some frosted lace stickles, ultrafine white, gold and pale blue glitter and a computer generated sentiment which is the Romanian for "Merry Christmas!".
So, the challenges I'm entering are the following:
Mo's Digital Challenge 59- Swirls and Flourishes
The ABC Challenge - I is for Ice and Snow
                 Papertake Sketch 51
                 Stampavie and more - Snow/snowflakes

Thank you so much for visiting! Happy crafting!

    Hugs, iulia
